Shipping policy

1. Overview

At Vortex Flow™, we are committed to getting your car detailing products to you quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across South Africa.


2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa, including:

  • Gauteng
  • Western Cape
  • KwaZulu-Natal
  • Eastern Cape
  • Limpopo
  • Mpumalanga
  • North West
  • Free State
  • Northern Cape

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in future — follow our store for updates.


3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed on business days — Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 SAST, excluding South African public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 (midday) are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are delivered within 8 – 11 business days from the date of dispatch, nationwide across South Africa.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand periods, adverse weather, or courier capacity constraints beyond our control.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@vortexflow.co.za.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery.
  • After a specified number of failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Vortex Flow™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@vortexflow.co.za within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue. If the parcel was damaged, please provide photographs.
  • We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9. Public Holidays & Peak Periods

  • No orders are dispatched on South African public holidays.
  • During peak periods such as Black Friday, festive season, and promotional sales, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these periods.

10. Incorrect Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
  • If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@vortexflow.co.za. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch.
  • Vortex Flow™ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges will apply in these cases.
